Here is my research, and I hope it helps you

Questions about Clean Beauty, sometimes ingredients sound BAD! But let’s explain some of the top ingredients of concern 🔝

Cetearyl Alcohol is derived naturally from coconut oil and or palm oil.

This ingredient is safe, non-toxic, non-mutagenic, and classified as an emulsifier that adds moisture, hydrate, and smooth hair.

Behentrimonium chloride is a waxy solid derived from the seeds of Brassica rapa olifera, also called canola or rapeseed. This plant-based ingredient does not coat the hair like petrochemicals—this conditioning ingredient eliminates static and frizz. This ingredient is free of contaminants. We source the cleanest, greenest version.

When used as recommended, it is considered safe and approved by the EU chemical regulations, Australia, Canada, and the USA. It complies with California Prop 65 and the Safe Cosmetics Act.

Dimethicone is derived from Silicon dioxide (SiO2), also known as silica, is a natural compound made of two of the earth's most abundant materials: silicon (Si) and oxygen (O2). Silicon dioxide is in the form of quartz. It's found naturally in water, plants, animals, and the earth. The earth's crust is 59 percent silica. Dimethicone is a hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, and non-acnegenic silicone-based polymer used as a moisturizer ingredient. When used in low percentages is considered safe.

Having several clients with autoimmune problems, and it so happens that we have done almost a decade of research on this topic. I've wanted to curate a hair product to help people with hair loss for many years since most hair products on the market do not work.

If you search online, you will find this definition.

Autoimmune disease happens when the body's natural defense system can't distinguish between your cells and foreign cells, causing the body to attack normal cells mistakenly. More than 80 types of autoimmune diseases affect a wide range of body parts.

I always get questions regarding hair loss and what hair products can help. I've studied this topic because autoimmune is a link to alopecia areata and hair loss. The cause of hair loss is when the immune system attacks the hair follicles. Unfortunately, nothing topical will do much for this condition. My suggestion would be to eliminate processed foods, sugar, and omega-six oils from daily meals. Also, intermitted fasting will help put the disease into remission. After a while, the body should reset, and there is a good chance hair will grow back if caught in the early stage.

Regarding allergies, good and bad foods can cause allergic responses and can cause inflammation. So, I suggest improving the gut microbiome. There are many good books on how to do this. Self-awareness is crucial for a healthier lifestyle. I hope this information sheds some light on any concerns.
